We are having In house design facility, hyper form simulation facility , Manufacturing set up including CNC Shop , Assembly Shop & try out Presses up to 500 Ton (Hydraulic ). Also we are having a CMM for Inspection as well as reverse engineering process. So we are having expertise in casting dies as well As fabricated dies up to 3200 Ton dies. | We are also manufacturing Inspection Fixtures for Sheet metal parts as well as for Plastic Parts. We are having In house Fixture design facility, Manufacturing set up including CNC Shop ,Assembly Shop & small paint shop ,CMM Inspection Facility to support the manufacture of Inspection fixtures |

We are having four Vertical Machining Centers For CNC Machining purpose to meet the in house Tooling machining as well as the orders of Out side Projects.We are having a team of 15 Persons including CAM Programmers & CNC Operators. We are expertise in any type of critical 3D machining, Casting machining , Special purpose Job machining. |

| We are having a press shop including 250 Ton Mechanical Press , 300 Ton Hydraulic Press & 500 Ton Hydraulic Press. Currently we are using It for try out purposes. We are having 60 % Press Capacity to be utilized for sheet metal parts Manufactring & supply. | We are also making proto tools & sheetmetal proto parts for automotive components.We had alread made more than 250 proto tools for various automotive OEM like TATA Motors ,Bajaj Auto Ltd, M&M. |
